| How to Enter: |
| Follow the following steps to enter CMHD Movie Trailer Contest: |
| 1. | Contestant must be legal resident of The United States and Canada. |
| 2. | Register an account on CMHD.TV here. |
| 3. | Create your video for the CMHD.TV website or any Cooler Master product of your choice. |
| 4. | To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed in the format designated below:
- Must be within 30 to 60 seconds in length
- Must use CMHD.TV or Cooler Master contents (some premade CMHD.TV video footages can be downloaded here)
- Must NOT contain any copyrighted or trademarked contents, including music and images, other than those from CMHD.TV and Cooler Master
- All lyrics or voice over tracks that may be incorporated into the video shall be in the English language, and shall not feature explicit or obscene language
- Must include your CMHD.TV account username in the video (i.e. during end credit)
- Profanity, nudity, drug references, and violence references are strictly prohibited

| 5. | Once completed, upload your video onto Youtube.com. |
| 6. | Submit the Youtube link of your video to us along with the required information through the form provided here. |
| 7. | You must submit your video link by the deadline of May 31st, 2010. |
| 8. | Submitted video will be examined under the rules on this page for eligibility to enter this contest. |
| 9. | Successfully submitted videos will be posted on CMHD.TV starting from May 17th, 2010. |
| 10. | Videos submitted on or after May 15th, 2010 will be posted within two (2) business days after the submission date. |
| 11. | Only one (1) entry is eligible per household. |
| 12. | Anyone who does not agree to this contest's terms & conditions or entry that did not satisfy ALL the rules stated on this page will be automatically disqualified. |

| Voting and Winning: |
| 1. | There will be a total of six (6) winners for this contest; one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) runner-up prizes. |
| 2. | The six (6) videos with the most votes at the end of the contest will win, in the order of highest to lowest votes. |
| 3. | The video with most votes will win the Grand Prize, while the remaining five (5) will be the runner up winners. |
| 4. | All winners are required to provide us, CMHD.TV, the original video files and if necessary, contents used in the videos. |
| 5. | You must have a CMHD.TV account in order to vote. |
| 6. | Each account is eligible to cast one (1) vote per day during the voting period. |
| 7. | Voting will start from June 1st to June 8th, 2010. |
| 8. | Voting results and winners will be announced on June 10th, 2010. |
| 9. | The suggested judging criteria are as followed (in no particular order):
- Quality of video
- Creativity
- "WOW" effect on first impression
- Main message (does the video deliver its message effectively?)

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Prizes are scheduled to ship within four (4) weeks after the announcement of contest winners. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Cooler Master reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

| 2. | All participants must be at least 18 years of age. |
| 3. | Only one entry per CMHD.TV account will be eligible for prizes. |
| 4. | You acknowledge and agree that Cooler Master shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make public any information provided by you. |
| 5. | Cooler Master reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time. |
| 6. | By participating, you conclusively agree to be bounded by these contest rules and conditions. This is an irrevocable condition of entry. |
| 7. | You hereby warrant and represent that (a) you own all rights to all materials submitted by you; and (b) all such materials are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity. |
| 8. | No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter the contest. Purchase will not increase your chance of winning. |
