Cosmos II : Fan Up!

It has been quite some since I acquired the Cosmos II, and since then, I’ve kept it in its stock fan configuration. I however, believe that now it’s time to load it to the brim, to take advantage of every single mounting spot that I have available to me. I’ve got eight Cooler Master R4s with me, and a chassis just taunting me to try and fill her. It’s time to fan up or shut up!

MARS – A Journey into the Water Cooled World of a Cosmos II

Although I have run water cooling in nearly all of my builds, I have never built one with 2 radiators mounted internally. Nor have I ever used a tube style reservoir horizontally. I’m glad of that last part, because it was unbelievable how hard it was to get filled like that. It also took some imagination on how to fit everything the way I wanted, but the end result is well.. Out of this world let’s say. I wanted to really bring something unique to the table with this build, and I think I did it quite well this time.

 

I know last week I promised an article on the Sentinel Advance II. Well, I may have bent the truth just a tad… Alright maybe I lied, but it was only so I could surprise everyone with a water cooled Cosmos II.

Silent Pro Hybrid on Temperatures, and Fan Controller Settings

This go ’round, I’m bringing in my last work review with the Silent Pro Hybrid 850W unit. This will be my final work with the SPH 850, however I do have some rather eventful work coming up with the Cosmos II in the next few weeks. I have hugely enjoyed my work with the SPH 850W, much as I did with the 1050W unit.
